This trial has three separate groups, each with their own criteria:
Group 1 – Hidradenitis suppurativa (a skin condition causing painful lumps):
- Adults aged 18 or older who have a moderate to severe form of this condition and are already receiving, or will be receiving, the medication Cosentyx as part of their approved treatment
- People who have given written agreement to take part in the study
Group 2 – Plaque psoriasis in children and teenagers:
- Young people aged 6 to 18 years who have moderate to severe plaque psoriasis and are already receiving, or will be receiving, Cosentyx as part of their approved treatment
- People whose parent or guardian has given written agreement to take part in the study
Group 3 – Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (a type of arthritis affecting children):
- Young people aged 6 to 18 years who have a specific form of juvenile arthritis (either enthesitis-related arthritis or juvenile psoriatic arthritis) and are already receiving, or will be receiving, Cosentyx as part of their approved treatment
- People whose parent or guardian has given written agreement to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom Cosentyx is considered medically unsuitable according to the official prescribing guidelines in their country
- People who are already taking part in another clinical trial that involves a treatment or intervention
