Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older but under 85 years old
- People whose prostate cancer has not responded to at least one chemotherapy treatment containing docetaxel, and at least one standard hormone-based therapy
- People diagnosed with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), meaning the cancer has continued to grow despite ongoing hormone-lowering treatment, with testosterone kept at very low levels, and with signs of the disease getting worse in the 12 weeks before joining the trial (confirm with trial site for specific test values)
- People who have imaging scans showing cancer that has spread to the bones, and/or cancer that can be measured in lymph nodes or internal organs
- People with an expected survival of at least 3 months
- People who are willing to sign a consent form and are able to attend treatment and follow-up appointments

- People with serious heart or stroke-related conditions
- People with abnormal liver function based on blood tests (confirm specific values with trial site)

- People who are known to be allergic to any of the drugs used in the trial
- People who have cancer in other parts of the body besides prostate cancer
