Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have agreed to take part voluntarily and have signed a consent form
- People aged 18 to 70 years old (male or female)
- People who have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months before the start of the study
- People whose psoriasis scores meet all three of the following measures: a PASI score of 12 or higher, a physician's global assessment score of 3 or higher, and psoriasis covering at least 10% of the body surface area (confirm with trial site for how these are measured)
- People whose psoriasis requires whole-body (systemic) treatment and/or light therapy
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a type of psoriasis other than plaque psoriasis
- People whose blood or lab test results fall outside the ranges set by the study protocol at the screening stage (confirm with trial site for specific values)
- People who have a serious, worsening, or uncontrolled medical condition
- People with a past history of alcohol or drug misuse, unless they have been completely free of this for more than 6 months before being enrolled in the study
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whom the study doctor considers unsuitable for the trial for any reason related to the study drug ICP-332
