Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a type of blood cancer) according to recognised international diagnostic standards, with signs of the disease that can be measured by a central laboratory at the time of screening
- People who have already received at least 3 previous treatments for multiple myeloma, including one from each of these three types: a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody (confirm with trial site if unsure which treatments count)
- People whose multiple myeloma has gotten worse, or who did not respond well enough to their most recent treatment, based on their doctor's assessment
- People who have stopped all other cancer treatments (including certain types of radiotherapy) or experimental treatments before joining the trial
- People who have a physical functioning score of 0 to 2 on a standard medical scale (called the ECOG scale), meaning they are able to carry out daily activities to at least some degree, both at screening and before treatment begins
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have an active hepatitis infection
- People who have, or have had, multiple myeloma affecting the brain or spinal cord, or who are showing signs of the disease spreading to the membranes around the brain
- People who are known or suspected to have allergies or sensitivities to the ingredients in the study drugs JNJ-79635322 or Teclistamab
- People who have had a major surgery (one requiring general anaesthesia) within 2 weeks before the first dose, who have not fully recovered from surgery, or who have surgery planned during the expected period of participation in the trial
- People who have received, or plan to receive, a live attenuated vaccine (a type of vaccine made with a weakened form of a virus or bacteria) within 4 weeks before the first dose, during the trial, or within 90 days after the last dose of study treatment
