Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are male or female and between 12 and 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with plaque psoriasis and have had psoriasis for at least 6 months
- People whose psoriasis has been considered suitable for light-based treatment (phototherapy) and/or medicines that work throughout the whole body (systemic treatment)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have, or have a history of, serious, worsening, or poorly controlled disease affecting the kidneys, liver, blood, digestive system, hormones, lungs, heart, nerves, brain, or mental health
- People who have a history of certain other types of psoriasis, including erythrodermic psoriasis, pustular psoriasis (widespread or localised), psoriasis caused or worsened by a medication, or a new case of guttate psoriasis
- People who have received a medication that specifically targets a substance called IL-17 within the past 6 months before the start of the trial
- People who have received a medication that specifically targets a substance called TNF-alpha within the past 3 months before the start of the trial
- People who have received standard psoriasis medicines (conventional treatments) within the past 1 month before the start of the trial
- People who have received any skin-applied (topical) treatment within the past 2 weeks before the start of the trial
- People who have previously received a medicine called IBI112
