Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 40 years old
- You have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), whether recently or in the past, based on the 2023 international diagnosis guidelines
- You have been having difficulty getting pregnant, either for the first time or after a previous pregnancy
- Your body has been shown to have difficulty responding to insulin properly (measured by a blood test result called HOMA-IR above 2.6)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism)
- You have diabetes
- You have taken certain hormonal supplements (such as Myo-inositol or D-chiro-inositol) or medicines that help with insulin (such as Metformin or Pioglitazone) in the last three months
- You have a known allergy or bad reaction to Myo-inositol or Levo-carnitine
- You are currently pregnant
