Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older at the time of signing the consent form

• People who have an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) or a history of one, such as autoimmune liver disease, certain lung conditions, eye inflammation, bowel inflammation, or thyroid problems that cannot be managed with medication alone — though people with vitiligo (skin pigmentation loss) or childhood asthma that is fully resolved and needs no treatment as an adult may still be considered
• People who have, or have previously had, another type of cancer at the same time or at any point in the past
• People who have previously received any treatment aimed at fighting cancer throughout the body
• People who have had major surgery, an open biopsy, or a serious physical injury within 28 days before treatment begins, or who have wounds or fractures that have not healed
• People who have a risk of bleeding, a blood clotting disorder, or are currently receiving clot-dissolving treatment, or who have had bleeding from esophageal or stomach veins in the past 6 months
• People who are known to have had an allergic reaction to large protein-based medicines or to the ingredients used in this trial
• People who have any severe or uncontrolled health conditions
• People who have fluid build-up in the abdomen or around the lungs that cannot be controlled with medication and requires procedures to drain it
• People with a known history of substance abuse, heavy alcohol use, or drug use
• People whom the research team considers should not take part for other safety or study-related reasons
