Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have previously been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis using standard clinical and colonoscopy-based methods
- People whose ulcerative colitis has been assessed as moderate in severity
- Both male and female patients are included

- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People with a known kidney disease
- People with a known liver disease
