Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have been diagnosed with palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) through clinical assessment or laboratory/tissue testing
- People for whom at least one standard whole-body (systemic) treatment has not worked well enough, or who were unable to tolerate it, after 12 to 24 weeks of standard dosing
- People whose treating doctor has determined that the study drug, ivarmacitinib, is a suitable option for them

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose blood test results show certain low cell counts — specifically, too few white blood cells (lymphocytes), infection-fighting cells (neutrophils), or platelets, or low levels of haemoglobin (a sign of anaemia)
- People whose blood tests show that the kidneys are not filtering waste well enough (elevated serum creatinine above a certain level)
- People whose liver function tests (AST or ALT) are more than twice the upper limit of the normal range, or whose bilirubin level is above a certain threshold
- People who have an active infection, including tuberculosis, hepatitis B or C, or a widespread fungal infection (systemic candidiasis)
- People who have other health conditions that, in the trial doctor's judgement, would make participation unsafe or make it difficult to interpret the trial results (confirm with trial site)
