Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) confirmed through laboratory testing, and who have not yet received any treatment for it.
- People who are older than 14 years of age; both males and females are eligible.
- People whose cancer is classified as stage II, III, or IV (using a standard staging system called Ann Arbor); for stage II, the treating doctor must consider systemic (whole-body) treatment to be necessary.
- People who have at least one tumour or affected area that can be measured on scans.

- People whose blood test results meet specific requirements for white blood cells, neutrophils (infection-fighting cells), haemoglobin (a measure of red blood cells), and platelets, as well as normal ranges for liver and kidney function tests.
- People whose doctor estimates they are expected to live for more than 12 weeks from the time of screening.
- People who are willing and able to attend all required visits and follow all study procedures.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously been treated with a type of medication called a BTK inhibitor.
- People who have serious existing health complications or severe active infections.
- People with heart or blood vessel disease, blood clotting problems, connective tissue diseases, or other serious infections that are not under control.
- People who currently have an active infection (bacterial, fungal, or viral) that requires treatment with medication taken throughout the body (such as oral or intravenous antibiotics or antivirals).
- People who are living with HIV.
- People who have a mental health condition, or who the doctor believes may not be able to fully follow the study requirements.
- People who the investigator considers unsuitable for the trial for any other reason.
