Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with advanced or inoperable high-grade serous ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, confirmed by a tissue test.
- Your cancer has either stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy (meaning it came back or grew within 6 months of your last platinum treatment), or you are not able to receive platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You have already received appropriate standard treatments, and the trial doctors consider you a suitable candidate for an early-phase (Phase I) study.
- If your cancer became platinum-resistant, you have had no more than 2 rounds of treatment since that happened.
- If you are joining a specific part of the trial called "backfill," you must agree to have two tumor biopsies taken — one before treatment starts and one during treatment, both from the same tumor spot.
Who may not be able to join:
- Your ovarian cancer is a type other than high-grade serous — for example, endometrioid, low-grade, clear cell, mucinous, or borderline ovarian tumor.
- You have previously received a type of cancer treatment called an antibody-drug conjugate that contained a topoisomerase inhibitor (confirm with trial site if unsure about your treatment history).
- You have had a history of moderate or severe lung inflammation (a condition called ILD or pneumonitis, graded 2 or higher).
- You have had lung inflammation (ILD or pneumonitis) that needed to be treated with steroid medications, or current scans show signs of active lung inflammation.
- You have taken certain strong medications (known as strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers) within the past 14 days or within 5 half-lives of that medication before starting the trial drug (confirm with trial site which medications this includes).
