Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been officially diagnosed with Long COVID (also called post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 or PASC), confirmed using a specific symptom scoring system where a score above 12 qualifies (confirm with trial site).
- You are currently experiencing fatigue and/or brain fog, as measured by specific symptom questionnaires used by the trial team.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a neurological condition such as stroke, head injury, epilepsy, seizures, brain tumors, brain surgery, Parkinson's Disease, or any other nerve or muscle disease.
- You have been diagnosed with a serious mental health condition such as severe depression or schizophrenia.
- You have congestive heart failure (a condition where the heart does not pump blood effectively).
- You have a circulation problem in your legs that causes pain when walking (peripheral artery disease with claudication).
- You have or have had cancer.
- You have lung or kidney failure.
- You have unstable chest pain (unstable angina).
- Your blood pressure is very high and not controlled (above 190/110).
- You have severe difficulty speaking or understanding language (severe aphasia).
- You have bone, joint, or chronic pain conditions.
- You have metal in your body or metal implants, due to safety risks from the magnetic equipment used in the study.
- You are on immune-related medication that you have been taking for less than 6 months before the study begins.
