Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time you sign the consent form
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma type) that has been confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy)
- Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), is no longer responding to treatments that lower testosterone (castration-resistant), and has been getting worse according to specific medical guidelines
- You have previously received at least one type of hormone-blocking treatment specifically targeting the androgen receptor (a protein that drives prostate cancer growth)
- A special scan called a PSMA PET scan has shown that your cancer cells carry a specific marker called PSMA
- Your cancer can be measured on scans, OR your PSA level (a prostate cancer marker in your blood) is at least 1 ng/mL
- Your liver, kidneys, and other organs are working well enough to participate (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have received any treatment for your castration-resistant prostate cancer within the 14 days before a scheduled blood cell collection procedure (called leukapheresis)
- Your cancer has spread to the brain or spinal cord area, or is causing pressure on the spinal cord
- You are not willing to take part in an extended period of safety check-ups after the trial treatment
