Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are male or a non-pregnant female
- You are between 18 and 80 years old

- You have had a surgical procedure called a vagotomy, which cuts a nerve connected to the stomach (confirm with trial site)
- You have had surgery that changed the normal structure of your upper digestive system, such as gastric bypass or certain stomach operations
- You have a history of liver disease
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You regularly take a type of medication called anticholinergics (confirm with trial site if you are unsure whether your medications fall into this category)
- You drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day
- You are a cigarette smoker
