Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with stage II, III, or IV ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample test
  • You have already had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible before joining the trial
  • Your tumor tests positive for a protein called HER2 at a certain level (IHC 2+ or 3+)
  • You have not received any chemotherapy before joining the trial
  • You are able to carry out basic daily activities with little to no limitation (confirmed with trial site using a standard activity score)
  • You are expected to live for at least 3 more months
  • Your heart, blood, liver, and kidneys are functioning well enough, based on specific blood test results checked during screening

  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the trial

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have received any other cancer treatments, such as radiotherapy or immunotherapy, within the last month before starting treatment
  • You have a disease affecting your brain or central nervous system, or cancer that has spread to your brain
  • You have previously experienced moderate or severe nerve damage causing symptoms such as numbness or tingling (grade II or above peripheral neuropathy)
  • You have a serious uncontrolled health condition such as severe heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active infection, or stomach ulcers
  • You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in the past 5 years (certain fully cured skin or cervical cancers may be exceptions — confirm with trial site)
  • You are known to be allergic or have had a bad reaction to any of the medicines used in this trial
  • You are currently taking part in another clinical trial
  • The trial doctor has determined for any other reason that this trial is not appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
