Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) of the adenocarcinoma subtype, where the cancer has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be surgically removed or treated with radiation to cure it.
• People whose cancer has continued to grow or spread during or after their most recent cancer treatment.
• People with or without specific gene changes (mutations) in their cancer cells may be eligible.
• People whose cancer can be measured on scans using a standard measurement system called RECIST v1.1.
• People who are relatively well and able to carry out daily activities, based on a standard health scoring system (a score of 0 or 1 on the ECOG scale), assessed within 7 days before starting the trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose lung cancer is a type other than adenocarcinoma.
• People who have, or have had, another type of cancer — unless that other cancer has been considered fully cured for 3 or more years, or is a type with a very low risk of spreading or causing death (for example, certain early-stage skin cancers, early cervical cancer, bladder cancer in situ, or ductal carcinoma in situ).
• People who have newly found or currently worsening cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord, or who have had cancer spread to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord. People who have had previous treatment (such as radiation or surgery) for brain metastases may still be considered, provided the affected areas have been stable on scans for at least 28 days (confirm with trial site).
• People who have a history of the cancer pressing on the spinal cord.
