Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 85 years old (men or women)
- People who have moderate to severe heart failure symptoms that affect their daily activities
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of high blood pressure in the lungs linked to heart failure (called WHO Group 2 PH-HFpEF), confirmed by a special heart test using a catheter

- People who have previously had a heart, lung, or heart-lung transplant, or who are not expected to live longer than 12 months
