You have had a fever (either measured or felt) for 3 or more days
At least one measured temperature of 38.0°C (100.4°F) or higher, whether taken at home or in the emergency department
You have one or more of the following signs that can be linked to Kawasaki Disease: a rash, red or irritated eyes, changes in the mouth or throat, changes to the hands or feet (such as redness, swelling, or peeling skin), or swollen lymph nodes in the neck measuring 1.5cm or larger
