Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 19 years or older who voluntarily give written agreement to take part in the study
- People who have been diagnosed with a stroke where the cause could not be determined (sometimes called ESUS — Embolic Stroke of Undetermined Source)
- People who need heart rhythm monitoring using electrode patches or sensors (ECG monitoring), either in hospital or at home
Who may not be able to join:

- People who are known to have allergic reactions to adhesives or hydrogels (gel-like sticky materials used in medical patches)
- People who, in the opinion of the study doctor, have difficulty understanding study information or making a voluntary decision about taking part due to cognitive challenges
- People whom the principal investigator considers unsuitable for the study for any other reason, or for whom participation may carry potential risk
