Who might be able to join this trial:

For healthcare and support staff ("Implementation Champions"):

  • You work as part of a cancer care team (such as a doctor, nurse, research coordinator, financial navigator, or social worker) supporting patients with gynecologic, lung, prostate, or colorectal cancer, OR you work in billing — and you are employed by Siteman Cancer Center, Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University, Delbert Day Cancer Institute at Phelps Health, or Alton Memorial Hospital

For patients:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have been diagnosed with gynecologic, prostate, lung, or colorectal cancer (either a new diagnosis or a return of cancer) within the last 12 months
  • You are currently receiving cancer treatment at Siteman Cancer Center, Delbert Day Cancer Institute at Phelps Health, or Alton Memorial Hospital
  • You are able to read and speak English (by your own report)

Who may not be able to join:

For healthcare and support staff:

  • You are not employed by one of the listed hospitals or institutions
  • You do not work with patients being treated for gynecologic, prostate, lung, or colorectal cancer

For patients:

  • You are under 18 years old
  • You have not been diagnosed with gynecologic, prostate, lung, or colorectal cancer within the past 12 months
  • You are not receiving care at one of the listed cancer centers
  • You are unable to give your own consent due to cognitive or emotional difficulties (confirm with trial site)
