Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are male and aged 18 or older
• People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer responding to hormone therapy (castration-resistant), confirmed by very low testosterone levels in the blood

• People whose doctors estimate they have at least 6 months to live

• People who are willing to participate, sign a consent form, and attend follow-up visits

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously received certain types of cell-based treatments, such as CAR-T therapy, NK cell therapy, or similar immune cell therapies
• People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years (with some possible exceptions for slow-growing or fully resolved cancers, which the trial site would assess)
• People whose blood counts, liver function, kidney function, or blood clotting results fall outside the acceptable ranges set by the trial
• People who currently have an active infection (viral, bacterial, or fungal), or who needed intravenous antibiotics for a week or longer in the past 6 weeks, or who are currently on oral antibiotics for an infection
• People who have an active autoimmune disease, or a history of a serious autoimmune condition that required long-term medication to suppress the immune system
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 3 months
• People who are unable to use effective contraception during the trial
• People who have had a serious allergic reaction to biologic medicines (medicines made from large biological molecules)
• People with untreated hepatitis B, hepatitis B with a high level of virus detected in the blood, or active hepatitis C
• People the trial doctors consider unsuitable for other medical reasons (confirm with trial site)
