Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to read, understand, and sign a consent form before any study activities begin

- People who have had a bronchial thermoplasty procedure (a type of airway treatment) within the past 2 years
- People with another illness that is not well controlled
- People who have used biologic medicines for asthma within the past 6 months (or within a certain timeframe based on the specific medicine)
- People who regularly need medicines that suppress the immune system, or who frequently need steroid tablets or injections
- People who currently smoke, or former smokers with a significant smoking history
- People with high blood pressure that is not well controlled
- People with significant liver problems
