Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of consent in their country, if older than 18)
- People who have been diagnosed with germ cell tumour (a type of tumour that develops from reproductive cells), endometrial cancer (cancer of the lining of the uterus), or ovarian cancer, confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples
- People whose cancer has spread or has come back after previous treatment, or has not responded to previous treatment
- People whose cancer has continued to grow despite standard treatments, or who cannot receive standard treatments, and for whom no other established treatment options remain
- People with endometrial or ovarian cancer whose tumour has tested positive for a specific target, confirmed through central laboratory testing before the screening process begins
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain standard, rated as 0 or 1 on a medical scoring scale (meaning fully active or able to carry out light activity) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have signed and dated the required consent forms before any trial-related procedures begin
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had major surgery within 28 days before the first dose of the trial treatment
- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 3 years, unless it was a non-melanoma skin cancer, cervical carcinoma in situ, ductal carcinoma in situ, or another cancer considered fully treated and cured
- People who have leptomeningeal disease (cancer affecting the lining of the brain or spinal cord) or spinal cord compression caused by their cancer
- People who have an active infection requiring antibiotic or antiviral treatment within 7 days before the first dose, or who show signs of infection such as fever within 48 hours before the first dose
- People with an active hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, meaning they are currently receiving treatment for it or the virus is still detectable in their blood
- People with an active hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, confirmed by a positive test result for a specific marker called hepatitis B surface antigen
