Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are between 50 and 65 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis (wear-and-tear arthritis that originates in the knee itself, not caused by another condition) based on standard medical criteria
- People whose knee osteoarthritis has been rated as moderate in severity (Grade 2 or 3 on a standard X-ray grading scale)

- People who have certain neurological conditions (such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, or nerve damage affecting multiple nerves), diabetes, inner ear/balance disorders, or any other condition that affects movement, pain levels, or the body's ability to sense joint position
- People who have a heart or lung condition that means exercise would not be safe for them
- People who have a history of a broken bone or surgery involving the leg, knee, or foot
