Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing to take part, understand what the study involves, and are able to sign a written consent form
- People who are male and aged 18 years or older
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a specific standard set by doctors (rated 0 or 1 on a scale used in cancer research — confirm with trial site)
- People whose life expectancy is expected to be at least 6 months

- People whose scans using a special imaging test (PSMA PET/CT) show at least one area that tests positive for a specific protein (PSMA), with no areas testing negative for that protein
- People whose testosterone (a hormone) is at a very low level in the blood, either through ongoing hormone-lowering medication or a previous surgical procedure to remove both testicles
- People who have previously been treated with a specific class of prostate cancer medications called second-generation hormone blockers (ARPIs), experienced the cancer getting worse only once during that treatment, and whose doctor considers them suitable to switch to a different medication in that same class (abiraterone or enzalutamide)
- People whose cancer is currently getting worse, shown by rising PSA levels (a protein measured in the blood) on two separate tests at least one week apart, or by new areas of cancer appearing on scans
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have received certain treatments before joining, including: any radiation therapy using radioactive substances or radiation to a large area of the body within the past 6 months; any radiation treatment specifically targeting the PSMA protein (at any time); surgery, radiotherapy, or other local treatments within the past 4 weeks; or any other experimental drug treatment within the past 4 weeks
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to the study drug or similar medicines
- People who have had another type of cancer (other than prostate cancer) within the past 5 years that could affect life expectancy or make it harder to assess the prostate cancer — though some lower-risk skin cancers and certain early-stage bladder cancers that have been successfully treated may be exceptions (confirm with trial site)
- People who had a serious infection within 4 weeks before joining the study
- People who have not yet recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments
- People with poorly controlled heart-related symptoms or heart conditions
- People with physical or mental health conditions that could interfere with the study, including epilepsy or dementia
