Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) or Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) – specifically the B-cell type
- People who were adults at the time of their diagnosis, both male and female
- People who have tissue samples available (taken from a lymph node, another part of the body, or bone marrow) that have already been tested using a specific laboratory method including a marker called LEF-1, and who have also had genetic or chromosome analysis results on file
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a slow-growing B-cell lymphoma that tests positive for LEF-1, but where genetic testing has not confirmed a diagnosis of SLL/CLL
- People with a CLL diagnosis for whom no tissue biopsy sample is available
