Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are male or female, Chinese, and aged 18 years or older
- You have been clearly diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis (long-term inflammation of the pancreas)
- Your glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) blood sugar level is between 4% and 6% (a measure of average blood sugar over several months)

Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of diabetes or prediabetes, or your recent blood sugar measurements are above certain levels

- You are pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have been diagnosed with a malignant (cancerous) tumor
