Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in this study
- You are between 50 and 80 years old (inclusive)
- You have been diagnosed with active abnormal blood vessel growth in your eye caused by wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), confirmed by eye scans
- Your vision in the study eye falls within a specific range when tested at the screening visit (confirm with trial site for exact details)

- Your abnormal blood vessel growth or macular swelling in the study eye is caused by something other than AMD
- You have significant scarring or tissue loss at the centre of your retina in the study eye, as confirmed by specialist review
- You have ever had a detached retina in the study eye
- You have a history of eye inflammation (uveitis) caused by your immune system or an unknown cause, in either eye
- You have advanced glaucoma in the study eye
- You have previously had surgery inside the study eye to remove the gel (vitrectomy)
- You have had any eye surgery in the study eye within 1 month before your screening visit
- You have ever received gene therapy, either in the eye or elsewhere in the body
- You have had a heart attack, stroke, or mini-stroke in the past 6 months
