Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in this study

  • You have been diagnosed with active abnormal blood vessel growth in your eye caused by wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD), confirmed by eye scans

  • You have ever had a detached retina in the study eye
  • You have a history of eye inflammation (uveitis) caused by your immune system or an unknown cause, in either eye
  • You have advanced glaucoma in the study eye
  • You have previously had surgery inside the study eye to remove the gel (vitrectomy)
  • You have had any eye surgery in the study eye within 1 month before your screening visit
  • You have ever received gene therapy, either in the eye or elsewhere in the body
  • You have had a heart attack, stroke, or mini-stroke in the past 6 months
