Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are able to understand and willing to sign a consent form and follow the study rules.
• People aged 18 to 75 years old (inclusive).
• People with a body mass index (BMI) between 18.0 and 35.0 — a measure of body weight relative to height.
• People with a history of long-term coronary artery disease (affecting the heart) and/or peripheral arterial disease (affecting blood vessels outside the heart).

Who may not be able to join:

• People with a known bleeding disorder.
• People with severe heart failure, specifically where the heart's pumping strength is less than 35%, or where symptoms are classified as seriously limiting or severely debilitating (confirm with trial site).
• People with inherited heart muscle diseases or other heart muscle problems that are not caused by narrowing or hardening of the arteries.
• People with a history of alcohol misuse or addictive drug use (cannabis is allowed) within the 6 months before screening.
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial or received an experimental drug within 30 days, or within 5 times the clearance period of that drug (whichever is longer), before this trial's first dose.
• People who have previously used the study drug SRSD107.
