Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 45 and 75 years old, of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis using a specific set of medical guidelines called the ACR 1991 criteria

Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have an active infection in a joint or anywhere else in the body
- People who have other joint conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, cancer-related joint disease, or a significant previous knee injury
- People who are currently experiencing a serious acute illness such as a high fever, heart attack, or pneumonia
- People who have taken anti-inflammatory pain medicines (such as ibuprofen or similar drugs) within the 10 days before enrolling, or who have had a steroid injection into the knee within the past 3 months
- People who have fluid build-up in the knee joint at the time of their screening appointment
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to hyaluronic acid
