Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are over 50 years of age at the time of joining the trial.
- People who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in one or both knees, based on clinical and imaging assessments carried out according to American College of Rheumatology standards.
- People whose knee osteoarthritis has been graded between 1 and 3 on the Kellgren Lawrence scale, which is a standard system doctors use to measure the severity of joint damage on X-rays (confirm with trial site if unsure of grade).
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose arthritis is caused by another condition, such as rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis.

- People who have known allergies, severe liver disease, or severe kidney disease, or other medical reasons that make the study treatment (Mobithron Advance) unsuitable for them.
- People who are planning to have knee surgery during the period the research study is running.
- People who are currently taking medications for osteoarthritis — such as glucosamine, chondroitin, or oral steroids — other than occasional pain relief medication.
