  • People who have known allergies, severe liver disease, or severe kidney disease, or other medical reasons that make the study treatment (Mobithron Advance) unsuitable for them.
  • People who are planning to have knee surgery during the period the research study is running.
  • People who are currently taking medications for osteoarthritis — such as glucosamine, chondroitin, or oral steroids — other than occasional pain relief medication.
