Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a urological (urinary system or related organ) tumour that is either newly diagnosed, has spread to other parts of the body, or has come back, and where the diagnosis has been confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue
- People whose medical team has assessed them as suitable for a type of radiation treatment that adjusts during the course of treatment
- People aged 18 years or older
- People with a general health and activity level rated between 0 and 2 on a standard medical scale, meaning they are fully active or able to carry out light work (confirm with trial site)
- People who have not previously received radiation treatment to the same area of the body being targeted in this trial
- People who have no medical reasons preventing them from having an MRI scan
- People who have no medical reasons preventing them from receiving radiotherapy

- People who have medical reasons that make radiotherapy unsafe or unsuitable for them
- People who are unable to tolerate an MRI scan, or who have medical reasons that make MRI scanning unsafe for them
