Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing to take part voluntarily, have read and understood what the trial involves, and have signed a consent form agreeing to follow the study procedures
- People aged 18 to 70 years old (inclusive) at the time of signing the consent form, of any gender
- People whose doctor assesses that their plaque psoriasis is severe enough to need whole-body (systemic) treatment, and whose condition has been stable for at least 6 months before joining

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a type of psoriasis other than plaque psoriasis, such as erythrodermic, pustular, guttate, inverse, or drug-induced psoriasis
- People who have other skin conditions, such as eczema, that might make it harder to assess how well the treatment is working
- People with a history of severe shingles or herpes simplex infection
- People with a current or past history of tuberculosis (TB), including active, latent, or suspected TB infection
- People who have language difficulties, or who are unwilling or unable to fully understand and participate in the study
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People whose doctor considers them unsuitable for the study for any other reason
