Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Children between 2 and 10 years of age
  • Children who have been medically diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and are currently receiving chemotherapy that includes a steroid medication (dexamethasone) as part of their maintenance treatment phase
  • Children whose doctor considers them medically stable and well enough to take part in gentle, low-intensity yoga movements
  • Families where at least one parent or legal guardian is willing and able to be present and involved in the home-based sessions with the child
  • Families where a parent or legal guardian is able to provide written consent to participate, and where the child is able to give their agreement in an age-appropriate way

Who may not be able to join:

  • Children who have had a major surgery in the past 2 weeks that may affect their ability to safely take part in gentle activity
  • Children with serious, uncontrolled medical conditions — such as unstable vital signs, uncontrolled heart or breathing problems, or uncontrolled epilepsy — that could put them at risk during light movement or laughter exercises
  • Children with severe difficulties with vision, hearing, or understanding that would prevent them from following along with video-based instructions and exercises
  • Children with physical limitations or injuries to muscles or joints that would prevent participation in the activities
  • Children with any other condition that, in their treating doctor's judgment, would make safe participation or ongoing involvement difficult
  • Children who are already enrolled in another interventional clinical trial focused on pain management
