Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have serious, uncontrolled health conditions affecting the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, or hormonal system.
- People who have had previous surgery on the neck.
- People who decline to participate or do not provide written consent.
- People whom the lead researcher considers unsuitable for any other clinical reason.
