Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 19 years or older who have been diagnosed with a condition involving disrupted fluid drainage in the brain (called intracranial lymphatic circulation disorder), confirmed by a neurological assessment.
• People whose memory or thinking decline falls within a specific range on a standard assessment scale called the Global Deterioration Scale (GDS), scoring between 3 and 5 at the time of screening.
• People who have a confirmed diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, shown through a brain scan (amyloid PET-CT) or a fluid test (CSF amyloid testing), where amyloid protein buildup is linked to the brain's drainage disorder.
• People who are willing and able to give written consent to take part in the study on their own.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who would not be able to attend follow-up assessments for at least 12 months after the surgical procedure.
• People who have been diagnosed with vascular dementia.
• People who have a structural brain condition other than the intracranial lymphatic circulation disorder described above.
• People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to a dye called indocyanine green (ICG).
• People who have serious, uncontrolled health conditions affecting the heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, or hormonal system.
• People who have had previous surgery on the neck.
• People who decline to participate or do not provide written consent.
• People whom the lead researcher considers unsuitable for any other clinical reason.
