Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are able to understand and agree to the study terms by signing a consent form
- You are 18 years old or older, of any gender
- You have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (eczema) for at least 1 year, using recognised medical criteria
- Your eczema is currently moderate-to-severe, based on specific measures of rash severity, how much of your body is affected (10% or more), and itch levels (confirm with trial site for exact score details)
- Your eczema has not responded well enough to creams or ointments, or those treatments are not suitable for you for medical reasons
Who may not be able to join:

- You have a history of active or suspected tuberculosis, or any signs of it on a chest scan or other tests
- You have a known or suspected infection with parasitic worms or other parasites

- You have a history of a severe allergic reaction to a drug or a life-threatening allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
- You faint at the sight of blood, have a strong fear of blood, or cannot cope with having blood taken
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a positive pregnancy test at the time of screening
- You have previously received an organ transplant or a stem cell transplant
- You test positive for certain infections at screening, including hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, or HIV
