Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone-lowering treatment), confirmed by a laboratory test of tissue or cells showing a specific type called adenocarcinoma.
  • People whose prostate cancer has continued to grow or spread while receiving treatment that lowers androgen (male hormone) levels.
  • People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (based on a standard medical fitness scale scored 0 or 1).
  • People whose cancer progressed during hormone-lowering treatment and who have previously received at least one specific hormone-blocking medicine (called an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor) as well as one or two courses of a chemotherapy type known as taxane-based chemotherapy.

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose prostate cancer has been identified as a type other than adenocarcinoma, such as small cell or neuroendocrine carcinoma.
  • People with serious heart problems or significantly reduced heart function.
  • People with major health conditions, such as an infection that is not under control or seriously abnormal blood or laboratory test results.
  • People who have previously been treated with a type of therapy known as an androgen receptor degrader.
  • Other criteria set out in the study protocol may also apply (confirm with trial site).
