- People who have had a major abdominal or other major surgery within the 12 weeks before the study start
- People who have had a large portion of their colon surgically removed in the past
- People whose recent blood or laboratory test results fall outside acceptable ranges as defined in the study rules (confirm with trial site)
- People with certain other ongoing health conditions or a history of specific diseases, as outlined in the study rules (confirm with trial site)
