Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Stage II or Stage III HER2-positive breast cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample, with a tumour larger than 2cm
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (as assessed by your doctor using a standard scale)
- Your kidneys, liver, bone marrow, and heart are all functioning well, including a heart pumping strength of at least 55% as measured by an ultrasound of the heart
- You have not received any previous treatment for this condition
Who may not be able to join:

- You have a history of any other type of cancer
- You have a serious heart or cardiovascular condition
