Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People aged 16 years or older at the time of joining the trial
  • People who are able to understand and sign a written consent form
  • People who have been diagnosed with a type of Large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (a blood cancer) that has been confirmed by a tissue sample, and who have not yet received any treatment for it

  • People whose lymphoma developed newly from a previously slow-growing (indolent) B-cell lymphoma
  • Cohort A: People with newly diagnosed Large B-cell lymphoma who are not well enough to receive the standard full-dose chemotherapy treatment (R-CHOP or Pola-R-CHP)
  • Cohort B: People with Large B-cell lymphoma whose disease has come back or stopped responding after one previous round of treatment, including those who have previously received CAR-T cell therapy
  • People who are already participating in other clinical trials or studies
  • People who were previously enrolled in Cohort A of this trial and whose disease has since returned or stopped responding to treatment
  • People whose treatment began less than 6 months before joining the trial, with ongoing follow-up, may have their data entered into the trial retrospectively (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose treatment began more than 6 months before joining the trial (applies to Cohort B)
  • People with newly diagnosed Large B-cell lymphoma who are well enough to receive the standard full-dose chemotherapy treatment (R-CHOP or Pola-R-CHP) (applies to Cohort A)
  • People whose lymphoma has spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord)
  • People whose lymphoma is linked to immune system problems or suppression, such as lymphomas that developed after an organ transplant (Post-Transplant Lymphoproliferative Disorders)
