Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a common type of hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) confirmed by your medical history, appearance, and a scalp examination, at a moderate to significant level of hair loss
• You are willing to take part in the study and have agreed to do so in writing
• You have signed a consent form agreeing to participate
• You are between 18 and 60 years old and are generally in good health
• You have not used any medications or treatments for hair loss in the past 6 months
• You do not have patchy hair loss (alopecia areata), any active scalp infection, or nerve/muscle diseases

Who may not be able to join:

• Your hair loss condition has been going on for more than 5 years
• You have not been diagnosed with this specific type of hair loss
• You have a condition that affects your blood's ability to clot properly
• You have an active skin disease or another serious illness affecting your overall health
• You have a blood-borne infection such as Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HIV/AIDS, or Syphilis
• You have used any hair loss treatments or medications in the past 6 months
• The trial team decides for any other reason that participation may not be appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
