Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 75 years old.
• You have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer (confirmed by a tissue or cell test) that is at an advanced stage (Stage III or IV), or your ovarian cancer has come back at any stage — and your genetic test results show that you do not carry a BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation.
• Your cancer can be measured on a scan, or you have abnormal levels of a cancer marker called CA-125, or you have a build-up of fluid in your abdomen (ascites), as confirmed by your doctor.
• You are reasonably active and able to care for yourself to a certain degree (as measured by a standard medical scale), and your doctor expects you to live for at least 3 more months.
• Your blood counts meet certain minimum levels — including enough red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets — as shown by recent lab tests.
• Your liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges, as shown by recent lab tests.
• Your urine protein levels are within acceptable limits.
• You are willing and able to sign a consent form and follow the study schedule.
• If you experience blood-related side effects during the first part of the study, you may continue to the second part only once your doctor confirms your blood counts have recovered to an acceptable level.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that are currently active.
• You have taken medicines that suppress the immune system in the 28 days before joining, with some exceptions for low-dose or inhaled steroids (confirm with trial site).
• You have taken certain Chinese herbal medicines with anti-cancer properties, or certain immune-boosting drugs (such as thymosin, interferon, or interleukin), within 2 weeks before starting the study.
• You have a history of serious heart problems, such as a heart attack, poorly controlled irregular heartbeat, significant heart failure, or reduced heart pumping function.
• You have had a serious infection in the 4 weeks before starting, or have an unexplained fever above 38.5°C, or have had major surgery within 3 weeks before starting.
• You have an active autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) or a condition that weakens your immune system.
• You have asthma that is not well controlled and requires ongoing treatment with breathing medicines.
• You have had, or plan to have, an organ or bone marrow transplant during the study (corneal transplants are an exception).
• You are currently in another clinical trial, or have taken another experimental drug or used an experimental device within 4 weeks before starting, or have not fully recovered from side effects of a previous treatment.
• You have high blood pressure that is not controlled by medication (at or above 160/110 mmHg).
• Your blood clotting is not working properly, you have a tendency to bleed easily, or you are currently taking blood-thinning or clot-dissolving medicines.
• You have a history of misusing recreational or mind-altering drugs and are unable to stop, or you have a history of mental health disorders.
• You have a personal or inherited history of bleeding problems or clotting disorders (confirm with trial site).
• You are currently taking certain medications that strongly affect how the body processes drugs — including some antifungals, antibiotics, anti-seizure medicines, and others — and have not completed the required period of stopping them before starting the study (confirm specific medicines with trial site).
• You have previously been treated with a type of drug called an EZH2 inhibitor (confirm with trial site).
• You have had a stroke or a mini-stroke (TIA) within the past 6 months.
• Your doctor believes, for any other reason, that joining this trial would not be safe or appropriate for you.
