Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 years or older
• People who have been diagnosed with COPD (a lung condition affecting breathing) confirmed using standard medical guidelines known as GOLD criteria
• People whose COPD has been stable, meaning no serious flare-ups or hospital stays in the past 4 weeks
• People who are able to read and understand Turkish
• People who are willing to take part and sign a written consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had a COPD flare-up or a respiratory (breathing-related) infection in the past 4 weeks
• People who have a serious heart, neurological (brain or nerve), or other major health condition that could affect their ability to answer questionnaires
• People who also have other lung conditions, such as bronchiectasis, lung cancer, a past history of tuberculosis in the lungs, disease affecting the lining around the lungs, or a history of lung surgery
• People with moderate to severe difficulties with memory, thinking, or communication
• People with severe vision or hearing difficulties that would prevent them from completing questionnaires
• People who are pregnant
• People who choose not to take part or who decide to withdraw from the study after joining
