- People who have recently received certain vaccines or treatments, or who have previously been treated with certain biologic or targeted therapies relevant to this trial
- People with a known severe allergic reaction to biologics or the investigational medicine being studied
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who, in the study doctor's judgment, may not be able to follow the study requirements, including those with substance use concerns
