Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disease or a neurological injury.
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with anarthria (complete loss of the ability to speak) or severe dysarthria (very significant difficulty speaking).
- People who use a wheelchair and have severely limited use of their arms and hands.
- People who have a reliable way to communicate and can read and understand English.

- People who currently require, or are expected to require, regular MRI scans for an existing medical condition.
- People who, in the opinion of the study investigator, would be at undue risk or otherwise unlikely to be able to comply with the study requirements for any other reason.
