• People who have imaging-confirmed knee joint degeneration at a moderate to severe level, or who continue to have knee pain after having a full knee replacement surgery
• People who have not had enough pain relief from standard treatments such as medications, physiotherapy, or injections
• People who are able to understand what the study involves and are willing to sign a consent form
• People who are able to follow the study schedule and attend all required appointments

Who may not be able to join:

• People who currently have an active infection, either in the knee area or elsewhere in the body
• People who have a known blood clotting disorder, or who are taking blood-thinning medication that cannot be safely paused
• People who have significant circulation problems affecting the legs
• People who have a known allergy or medical reason to avoid the type of dye used in certain imaging procedures
• People who have severely reduced kidney function
• People who have a history of fibromyalgia or other widespread long-term pain conditions that could affect the measurement of knee pain results
• People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
