Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older at the time of signing the consent form
- People diagnosed with Large B-Cell lymphoma who have been treated with a specific type of cancer treatment called CAR-T therapy that targets a protein called CD19 (one of three specific therapies: tisagenlecleucel, axicabtagene ciloleucel, or lisocabtagene maraleucel)
- People whose cancer has either stayed the same or gotten worse, confirmed by a PET-CT scan on the day a specific pre-treatment process begins

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had a serious allergic reaction to a substance called CLS-015
- People who have any other significant health condition that, in the opinion of the study doctor, could put them at risk or affect how the study runs
- People who currently have an active infection that requires antibiotic treatment
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding

Primary endpoints
To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CLS-015 in combination with anti CD19 CAR T therapy in subjects with stable/progressive Large B-Cell lymphoma at lymphodepletion when CLS-015 is given in adjuvant setting.
