Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
• People who are expected to live for at least 3 months

• People whose general physical functioning has been assessed within 10 days before starting treatment and rated at a level indicating they are fully active or have only minor limitations (ECOG score of 0 or 1) (confirm with trial site if unsure what this means)
• People who have a tumor tissue sample available for testing (from an area that was not previously treated with radiation), ideally collected after the metastatic diagnosis — older samples from before earlier chemotherapy may be accepted if a new biopsy is not possible, provided the sample is less than 3 years old

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cancer contains small cell elements, or whose tumor is not predominantly squamous or non-squamous NSCLC
• People who are currently enrolled in another clinical trial or who have received an experimental treatment within the past 4 weeks or 5 half-lives of that treatment (whichever period is longer)
• People who have had major surgery within 3 weeks before the first dose of the trial treatment
• People who have received a live-virus vaccine within 30 days before starting the trial treatment
• People who have received radiation therapy within 7 days before the first dose of the trial treatment
• People who have completed palliative (symptom-relieving) radiation therapy within 7 days before the first dose of the trial treatment
