Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque psoriasis covering at least 3% of your body surface area, and your skin tone falls into a medium to darker range on a standard skin color scale (Fitzpatrick type III or above)
- Your doctor has determined that light therapy and/or full-body (systemic) medication would be appropriate for your condition
- Your doctor has already decided — separately from this study — that you will start a medication called tildrakizumab (ILUMYA) through the ILUMYA SUPPORT® Program for your psoriasis, but you have not yet taken your first dose
- You are able to read, understand, and communicate in English
- You are willing to take part in the study and able to give your informed consent
- You are able to follow all study procedures and attend all required study visits
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to tildrakizumab or any of its ingredients
- You are currently taking an oral (by mouth) medication for psoriasis, such as methotrexate, cyclosporin, or acitretin
- Your psoriasis only affects the palms of your hands or soles of your feet
- You have another medical condition or serious health issue that, in the study doctor's opinion, would prevent you from safely participating or affect study results (confirm with trial site)
- You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are currently breastfeeding
- You have taken part in another interventional clinical trial in the past 30 days, or are currently enrolled in one
- You are unwilling or unable to follow study procedures, including filling out questionnaires
- You have any other condition that the study doctor believes could put you at risk or affect the reliability of the study results (confirm with trial site)
