Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You must have been diagnosed with primary breast cancer (confirmed by a tissue test) at an early to locally advanced stage (Stage I, II, or III).
  • Your breast cancer must have tested positive for HER2 using a specific lab test called FISH, with certain measurements recorded from that test.
  • You must have received at least one dose of a combination treatment using two targeted drugs — trastuzumab and pertuzumab — either before or after surgery.
  • You must have had surgery aimed at removing the cancer, either full breast removal (mastectomy) or surgery that removes only the tumor (lumpectomy/breast-conserving surgery).

Who may not be able to join:

  • You may not be eligible if your cancer had already spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV) or if you had cancer in both breasts at the time of first diagnosis.
  • You may not be eligible if you received any other HER2-targeted treatment before the trastuzumab and pertuzumab combination therapy.
  • You may not be eligible if important information about your diagnosis or treatment is missing from your medical records, such as HER2 test results or surgery details.
  • You may not be eligible if your diagnosis was a non-invasive cancer (carcinoma in situ), a hidden/undetectable cancer, a cancer that did not start in the breast, or if you had another type of cancer at the same time.
  • You may not be eligible if you cannot be followed up by the medical team, or if your follow-up period was less than 3 months (unless you experienced cancer recurrence or passed away during that time) (confirm with trial site).

Important: Always verify eligibility with the trial site directly before applying.

Based on publicly available eligibility criteria from ClinicalTrials.gov. Verify directly with the trial site before acting. This is not medical advice.
